As Vice President of Global Logistics and Distribution, Bob Bestercy supports the strategic and profitable growth of the business by developing new strategies and driving strong execution within the global logistics function. Joining Flexsteel in 2022, Bob's responsibilities span all aspects of global inbound and outbound transportation as well as warehousing and distribution. Bob provides strategic leadership focused on delivering cost savings while expanding Flexsteel's logistics capabilities.

David Crimmins, VP of Sales and Product Management, leads a team of talented designers, product managers, engineers, and sales members who develop and sell industry-leading products. To do this, they use an insight-based process that helps them identify needs and trends and determine which products will be the most beneficial to consumers. Since joining the company in 2019, David has a strong background in sales for both the retail and eCommerce channels, as well as giving special attention to customer experience. In his role, David has the opportunity to work with customers, product and marketing teams, operations groups, and more—all of which give him critical insight into better serving customers and the business.

Since joining Flexsteel in 2019, Mike has helped lead the company through business and digital transformations. He embraces the challenge and opportunity to influence every aspect of the business, leveraging the systems, technology, and processes that enable it. Mike continually looks for new ideas and innovations to create better experiences for customers, make a great place to work for team members, and drive growth for the business.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mike Ressler is responsible for manufacturing, sales, inventory and operations planning (SIOP), and procurement. Over the course of his career with Flexsteel, Mike has worked intimately with manufacturing and has participated at a hands-on level with process development, footprint development and implementation, operational efficiency improvements, labor planning, capital planning, and facility management. He has identified gaps and implemented sustainable processes to increase visibility and reduce risk to the organization.

When Vic joined the company in 2021, he brought with him over 15 years of experience in the home furnishing industry. Throughout his career, Vic's been committed generating customer satisfaction. He's empathetic to the fact that people spend much of their time at home and is passionate about enhancing their lives with high-quality, comfortable, and beautiful furniture.
