HOME FURNITURE WARRANTY Charisma Products One-year Limited Warranty | LATITUDES WARRANTY Lifetime Limited Warranty In Flexsteel's Limited Warranty, "Lifetime" is defined by the life of the original leather. Recovering the frame voids all warranties because in recovering, some or all components may be changed. This warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse, improper cleaning, rental or commercial and institutional use. Leather is a natural material and minor variations between floor samples and custom-order pieces may occur and are not covered under this warranty. Frames and Springs Flexsteel warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, protection against manufacturing defects of frames and Flexsteel seat springs. This warranty applies for the lifetime of the product as long as it remains upholstered in the original leather, and is used under normal wear, in normal conditions. Cushion and Mechanism Flexsteel warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, protection against abnormal loss of resiliency of the upholstered furniture, for five (5) years, as long as it is used under normal wear and other normal conditions. Abnormal wear and abnormal loss of resiliency should not be confused with softening and flattening of the foam and fibers, which are considered normal wear, and are not defects. Flexsteel also warrants the recliner mechanisms for a period of five (5) years under conditions of normal use. Filling Materials Flexsteel warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, protection against loss of resiliency of filling materials for one (1) year. Compressing of polyurethane foam with use is not considered loss of resiliency. Leathers Flexsteel leather is warranted for a period of one (1) year. No two pieces of leather are exactly alike. Variations and marks occur naturally and are not defects. In the Event of Defects Report any defects promptly to your dealer with proof of purchase. If needed repair is covered under warranty, your Flexsteel dealer will make arrangements. Covered repairs will be completed within a reasonable amount of time. To the original purchaser, Flexsteel warrants the frame against failure or breakage under conditions of ordinary use. This warranty does not apply to failure that results from intentional damage, accidents, negligence, exposure or unreasonable use. One-year Limited Warranty on Spring, Cushions, Fabric/Leather and Metal Mechanical Parts This one-year limited warranty is given to the original purchaser* only and applies to the spring, cushion materials, upholstery fabrics, leather and any metal mechanical parts. These items are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year. In The Event Of Defects Report any defects promptly to your retailer with proof of purchase. If a repair is covered under the warranty, and is necessary, arrangements will be made by your Flexsteel retailer. All repairs covered under warranty will be completed free of charge. All repairs will be completed within a reasonable period of time after Flexsteel has received the merchandise at their factory. The original purchaser will be responsible for packaging and transportation charges to the Flexsteel factory from purchaser's residence and return from the Flexsteel factory. Other Rights These warranties give you specific legal rights and you may alsohave other rights which vary from state to state. Claims Under This Warranty In the event repairs are needed under this warranty, contact your retailer with proof of purchase. Original Purchaser These warranties are given only to the original retail purchaser and only apply as long as the original purchaser owns the product. |
